This website is operated by NexGen Infographie, based in Drummondville, Quebec.

Person responsible for the protection of personal information

The person responsible is the owner of NexGen Infographie. For any question, access request or report, write to info@nexgeninfographie.com or call 819 253-0692.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily send us through the contact form: your name, your company name, your email, your phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your request and send you a proposal. We do not sell it and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.

Who has access

The form is delivered by the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to us by email. Payments are processed by Square on its own platform: we do not receive or store your card data. These providers may process information outside Quebec. The risks of these transfers are assessed in a documented assessment.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own site. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Retention

We keep your messages for 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If a contract is concluded, the information needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations is kept as long as required.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nexgeninfographie.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Privacy incidents

In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned. All incidents are recorded in a register.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
